Summer school on : Physics of cellular objects

We are organising the summer school "Biophysics of the cell" at the Institut d'Etudes Scientifiques de Carg?se. The aim of this school is to provide an education in modern biophysics of the cell to young physicists, researchers, post-docs and PhD students and more specifically to those comming from Condensed Matter Physics. The school will be supported by the international network I2CAM

The shool will last for two weeks (August 14-25) and will consists in a series of courses each one being composed of 2 or 4 lectures 1h30 each.

The "Institut d'Etudes scientifique" is located in Cargese which is a very pleasant small town along the Corsican coast. It has now a long tradition in organising schools and workshops. The number of participants is limited to a little less than 100. Most of the participants stay in small apartments in the village, there are also a few rooms at the Institute which is located on a beach.
